At To The Limit, we put into our training the world-renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin methodology, which has had and still has great success in the fitness industry with professional athletes and fitness models for over 30 years. In addition, we put together for our clients a personalized nutritional plan to follow, a goal to pursue in order to fulfill their expectations and help them attain a healthier lifestyle while achieving real results. One of the most important aspects of our business is experience. This we have gained by working alongside high profile coaches in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. The accumulation of this information and the extensive training we have followed, allows us to share this knowledge with you in order to improve your quality of life and help you reach your personal goals.

Biosignature is a concept created Charles Poliquin. He uses this approach to accelerate and troubleshoot his athletes' fat loss strategies. He has gathered data from both the medical industry and his own clients to link site-specific fat storage with hormonal imbalances. Functional medical tests can be carried out alongside this to confirm any weaknesses in your body’s internal balance. This allows him and his practitioners to create tailored exercises, dietary and supplemental programs to suit each individual person and increase their rate of fat loss.
The process involves taking skinfold measurements to determine where your excess fat is primarily being stored allowing the practitioner to pinpoint how to get rid of it. Sessions are typically performed weekly (ideally on the same day and time) and are kept short.
Your measurements and photographs will be taken so you have a weekly comparison to record and document your progress.
Depending on your results, we will devise a nutritional plan that best suits your needs.
