THE FEMALE TRAINING SEMINAR is a two-day seminar for the regular gym goer. We believe that you’re worth the education for a better understanding of your own body and training principles to work towards a well-shaped female body.
We have noticed that more women than ever are joining fitness clubs and gyms with the desire for a better shape and good-looking body. Often they use training principles or choose exercises that aren’t compatible with their goals or they don’t know how to execute them properly. Our belief is that you can indeed feel like home in the gym by knowing what you are doing and why are you doing it that way. The gym is certainly not only a men’s domain and can be your playground.
The seminar will be divided into a theory part and a practical part. The theory part will cover the basic anatomy, biomechanics and functions of the main muscles used in training, while the practical part will connect the gathered knowledge and transfer it to the gym floor where you’ll be able to execute the exercises in the right manner and know how you can program your workouts.

We want to do the seminar in a smaller group so we can cover most of your specific questions and that means LIMITED SPOTS. We would like to take you through the training which will get you the desired body and overall results, therefore we will take care of all needed drinks and supplements during our training sessions.
